10 Mainstream News Stories To Wake Up Your Friends And Family

While the mainstream media fails time and time again to report on relevant news that the engaged public wants, occasionally a bomb-shell story finds its way out. Although often buried under tabloid headlines, mainstream admissions of important data can be uncovered.

Given the constant news of journalists and news executives being censored and even threatened over hard-hitting data in the corporate news world, including such people as Amber Lyons and Roger Ailes, information suppression in the shrinking mainline media becomes evident.

Although much of the “revelations” released in the mainstream media have been well know to those in the alternative media world, here are 10 fact based mainstream news stories that revealed important data.

Ten minutes into arrant mayhem in this town near the Mexican border, and the gunman, a disgruntled Iraq war veteran, has already taken out two people, one slumped in his desk, the other covered in blood on the floor. They move quickly, pellet guns drawn and masks affixed.

“In Fast and Furious, ATF secretly encouraged gun dealers to sell to suspected traffickers for Mexican drug cartels to go after the “big fish.” But ATF whistleblowers told CBS News and Congress it was a dangerous practice called “gunwalking,” and it put thousands of weapons on the street. Many were used in violent crimes in Mexico. Two were found at the murder scene of a U.S. Border Patrol agent.”

“ATF officials didn’t intend to publicly disclose their own role in letting Mexican cartels obtain the weapons, but emails show they discussed using the sales, including sales encouraged by ATF, to justify a new gun regulation called “Demand Letter 3.”
