New California proposal could imprison healthcare workers for calling patients he or she incorrectly
In the state of California it appears the easiest way to become an elected politician is to have either the lowest IQ, or to be certifiably insane.  That is because over the past few years, multiple laws submitted or passed by the state legislature have virtually erased the bounds of common sense.
From legalizing child prostitution, taxing of cow farts, and setting in motion the nullification of the 2nd Amendment rights of citizens, if even the slightest thing offends the nuts running California, within days it could quickly become banned or criminalized.
So in the latest occurrence of California insanity being proposed, a legislator from San Francisco wants to make it illegal, and open for imprisonment, for a healthcare worker to call someone incorrectly by their pronoun.
Yes, we did say pronoun (he, she, it, etc…).
But a new bill penned by Senator Scott Wiener of San Francisco, dubbed the¬†Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Long-Term Care Facility Resident‚Äôs Bill of Rights¬†(or SB-219 if you’re into the whole brevity thing), takes wacky California legislation to a whole new level.¬†¬†Among other things, the bill makes it illegal for employees of any “long-term care facility” to “willfully and repeatedly fail to use a resident‚Äôs preferred name or pronouns after being clearly informed of the preferred name or pronouns.”
This bill would enact the¬†Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Long-Term Care Facility Resident‚Äôs Bill of Rights.¬†Among other things, the bill would make it unlawful, except as specified, for any long-term care facility to take specified actions wholly or partially on the basis of a person‚Äôs actual or perceived sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, or human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) status, including, among others,¬†willfully and repeatedly failing to use a resident‚Äôs preferred name or pronouns after being clearly informed of the preferred name or pronouns,¬†or denying admission to a long-term care facility, transferring or refusing to transfer a resident within a facility or to another facility, or discharging or evicting a resident from a facility. –¬†Zerohedge
To date there are at least 63 to over 200 concocted gender types, with Facebook acknowledging 58 different selections when one creates a profile.  And it is nearly impossible to correctly refer to everyone by a correct gender designation when they can simple change, alter, or adapt them as they see fit at any time.
People should no longer be surprised by what unhinged ideologues in California do or pass in their government, and then wonder why so many individuals and businesses are fleeing the state for a better life. ¬†Because of someone can be sent to jail for correctly referring to one’s biological gender, but be mistaken by their psychological one, then it may soon be only a matter of time before the state passes a law in which they can mandate what gender you are to be, even without your knowledge or permission.
